Your Rate Depends On Your Country, Not Your Size
Each country has its own rate per minute — 35 cents in the largest economies down to 15 cents in the smallest, ranked by GDP and shown in your own currency at a rate we fix monthly. Reviewed once a year.
The Volume Discount Is Always On
No tier to qualify for and nothing to negotiate. Four steps — 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% — and each call is priced at the step it falls in, so crossing a threshold discounts the next call and never re-prices the last one.
The Phone Line Is Billed At Cost
Your number and your carrier minutes appear on the statement as "phone line", at what we pay for them, exactly like every phone bill you have ever had. We meter the agent, not the telephony.
Anything Expensive Asks First
Under about 50 cents, the agent just does the work and it shows up on your statement. Above that — and for every campaign, report, document or import — you get the estimate and a yes/no before anything runs.
Credit Never Expires
You load a balance, it is consumed as you work, and it tops itself up when it runs low. Whatever you have not used is still there next quarter. Prepay against your onboarding estimate and 10% more credit comes with it.
